Administrative Assistant Responsibilities may include:
- Basic reception including answering phones, greeting walk-in traffic, and handling mail
- Email, filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
- Data entry, creation and editing of documents, assisting with various computer tasks
- Invoicing and other basic accounting tasks may be assigned depending on skills
Administrative Assistant Qualifications Include:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
- QuickBooks, SAP, and other software experience considered an asset
- 1 to 3 years of Administrative experience; will take education into consideration
- Must be a team player willing to complete a variety of tasks
- Ability to learn quickly, make decisions, and strong organization are a MUST
