We're looking for an experienced eCommerce Product Manager to help delight our customers by delivering a remarkable web experience. As the website product owner site conversion rate will be your North star. You will work to identify and define opportunities, build test plans, execute and measure those tests, and act on the outcomes. This will require working in close collaboration with teams across the business.




You will significantly impact the business by:




Delivering business growth by improving funnel performance on the company`s website


Creating strategy (and sound testing methodology), and achieving buy-in from stakeholders for site changes that will improve funnel conversion


Translating that strategy into detailed requirements and prioritizing key initiatives


Working closely with our creative, UX, engineering and data teams to deploy those changes


Using statistically sound measurement techniques to prove effectiveness of those changes


Clearly tracking and reporting all important website KPIs







Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement in an eCommerce environment


Strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations and rationale


Ability to design studies to definitively measure effectiveness of changes


Ability to build consensus and buy-in from key decision makers and senior executive


Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams


Strong understanding of web technologies


Strong understanding of eCommerce website optimization techniques


Experience building and running robust, productive feature tests
