One of In-TAC’s employer partner is looking for an HR Admin to join their growing HR team in Ottawa on a contract basis (12 months to start). We anticipate that this will be a long-term contract requirement. In this role you will work closely with the HR Director. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks and provide excellent administrative service;
  • Support the management of our contract workforce;
  • Organize meetings and book conference rooms, minute taking, and tracking meetings resolutions;
  • Management and handling of sensitive HR documents such as contracts, promotion letters, and invoices; and
  • Responsible for all aspects of document management and other HR processes. 

Qualifications

  • Post high school education in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and ability to read/write Chinese
