Key Focuses

  • Support development of scalable frameworks and templates for change impact assessments, business readiness planning, and OCM key measure tracking that align with best practises.
  • Provide recommendations on change impact assessment, business readiness planning and OCM key measure tracking frameworks and strategy to AVP, OCM.
  • Act as a liaison between the Change Management Office and the change agent network to ensure the flow of communications between both groups. As liaison, you will maintain open lines of communication, and develop trust, facilitating two-way communication and engagement.
  • Socialize and review change impacts with key representatives of the business.
  • Ensure that the change impact architecture allows for easy maintenance and change control.
  • Coordinate the gathering and readiness of resources to provide content for broad based change communications.
  • Develop communication channels directed towards the socialization of change readiness.
  • Work closely with other members of the OCM team, and our partners (Learning & Development, Corporate Communications, etc.) to ensure high level awareness of change initiatives.
  • Design and administer end user surveys in support of overall OCM strategy.
  • Take on opportunities to develop greater competency in other OCM areas such as strategic planning, broad based communications, coaching and sponsorship.
  • Stay current with OCM best practices to support improvement of OCM practice at CWB.

Essential Education and Experience

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree business analysis, statistical analysis, business or related studies.
  • One (1) to four (4) years of experience within a large corporate office environment.


Essential Personal Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce creative, high quality communications deliverables, including written communications as well as visual presentation of communications information.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple communication tasks in a deadline driven environment.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality coupled with good interpersonal and relationship management skills, involving different teams and individuals across all levels of an organization.
  • Willingness to take initiative as a strong team player.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.

  • Exposure to the functions and requirements of effective corporate communications, ideally within a dynamic, multi-faceted and geographically dispersed organization, particularly during times of major change.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud would be desirable.
