The company is seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for defining market requirements and packaging the features into product releases. This position involves close interaction with product owners, Agile teams, product architects, sales, marketing, customer support, professional services and key customers. Job duties include gathering market opportunities from existing and potential customers as well as recent evaluators, writing market requirements, supporting and monitoring the implementation of each product project, and supporting marketing/product marketing in product launches.

Analyze the competitive landscape and use the information to input into product development.
Build and maintain a product roadmap to illustrate the product vision.
Monitor and incorporate industry innovations in development plans.
Define user personas for individual products.
Collaborate with product owners to write positioning statements, product requirements and use scenarios.
Support Chief Product Strategist in pricing, distribution strategy, win/loss analysis.
Interface with marketing for market launch and engagement plans.
Interface with sales, customer support for training, gathering product feedback.
Be the subject matter expert for the product and the market it serves.
Required Skills and Designations:
Professional Designation (CPA or CIA) and/or 2-3 cumulative years Audit experience with exposure to IT audit
A degree from a recognized University
Comprehensive knowledge of audit-related practices, principles, processes, procedures and techniques is required.
High attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Able to travel.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum as a product development framework.
