The employer looking for a highly energetic individual with lots of initiative to join our growing e-text product line.  You will be accountable for executing administrative and technical solutions for internal and external clients.   

 In this customer service focused role you will:


  •          Coordinate and the launch the implementation process for new clients
  •          Providing ongoing management and provide resolutions to publisher and client requests
  •          Configure, troubleshoot and solve technical issues
  •          Undertake quality assurance measures before product launch
  •          Manage client integrations
  •          Document and maintain status updates on all assigned projects and client files
  •          Assist team members in various other activities
  •          Process book adoption requests into our adoption tracking system
  • Degree/diploma in a technology related field or equivalent knowledge
  •          Experience providing support and in instructing users on software applications
  •          1+ yr of experience in a high-volume customer centric environment, preferably in a post-secondary education setting
  •         Has some knowledge of HTML programming
  •          Moderate experience with Excel is a must have

  •          Are adaptable and love to learn new skills
  •          Are able to independently structure and manage workflow and priorities in a dynamic and high pressure environment
  •          Have a high level of proficiency in English
  •          Spanish speaking is considered highly desirable
