What does the job entail?

 

As a Project Manager, you’ll join our growing team to help deliver the next generation of employee engagement software and services. In this fast-paced, engaging role, no two days will be the same. You'll work very closely with our customers throughout the different stages of our processes, and our internal teams and see projects through - start to finish. 

 

Your Duties:

 

·         Creating and serving delighted customers is the reason why we exist. 

 

·         If something has to be said for the good of the customer or the good of the business, say it. 

 

·         Data drives the changes that lead to better workplaces, better performance, and better lives.

 

·         Great relationships drive teamwork, and we support this with a dynamic, collaborative workplace.

 

We’re looking for someone that shares our values that can hit the ground running on day one. We expect that you love productivity tools and technology. We place you in cross-functional, self-managed teams and support you.  We don't expect a perfect match but the following bullets outline what we are looking for:

 

Required Qualifications:

 

 

 

·         Experience with employee opinion, engagement, or satisfaction surveys

 

·         Two plus years of full-time experience in a project management/coordination role

 

·         Highly organized with inordinate attention to detail

 

·         Ability to adopt cloud-based technology and software quickly

 

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related experience

 

 

 

Additional Assets:

 

 

 

·         Bilingual in both official languages (English and French)

 

·         A Project Management Professional (PMP) - or partial completion would be ideal
