Turnaround administrative assistant duties:
- updating list of available Trade Contractors and Employees
- Record minutes for all Maintenance Department meetings
- Log employee timecard into the system
- Handling Office Supplies
- Daily trouble shoot of office equipment
- Prepare documents related to performance and presentations


Turnaround Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- High school diploma and a certificate in Administration or Accounting
- Experience with SAP and/or Oracle
- At least 3years experience
- Must be able to pass background check
